All credit card purchases must be made by the cardholder.

Ask Your Soul, LLC may refuse service for any reason.

Questions on gambling/lottery numbers, criminal activity, specific dates of death or birth, or on another person’s activities will not be addressed in any Ask Your Soul reading.

Nothing said in an Ask Your Soul reading should be construed as advice. Ask Your Soul, LLC is not liable for any losses incurred by taking anything said in an Ask Your Soul reading as advice.

Privacy Policy

With the European Union’s GDPR law going into effect May 25th, we wanted to highlight our privacy policy practices. Ask Your Soul is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of all of our clients as well as visitors to our web site.  We do not sell or trade information about you to any other companies or businesses for marketing purposes ever.

Types of data we collect:

Google Analytics
When someone visits askyoursoul.org, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

WooCommerce and PayPal
When someone books an individual reading through our site, we use a third-party service, WooCommerce, to process the booking and PayPal to collect payment. During this process, financial data of credit card numbers, first name, last name, email address, and phone number is processed. Financial transaction data for bookings with Ask Your Soul are shared with our payment service providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments and refunds. If any client wishes to schedule and pay for a reading without using these third-party services, we are happy to arrange for this.

Access to your personal information
We will delete any personally-identifiable information for anyone (EU and Non-EU) who requests this. To have any information amended or deleted, please email us at askyoursoul@yahoo.com.

General Mailing Lists
As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, which goes out 4-6 times per year, we collect your email address. Ask Your Soul does not rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses. You can unsubscribe to newsletters at any time of the day or night by emailing us at askyoursoul@yahoo.com.

Contact Form
We display a form on our site for those interested in getting a quote or more information about booking an individual reading. All information requested is voluntary and is solely used so we can respond with information to the request. We do not rent or trade any information with other organizations and businesses.

The provisions below constitute an agreement between the user and Ask Your Soul:

Welcome to askyoursoul.org. The askyoursoul.org website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Ask Your Soul, LLC (“Ask Your Soul”). Askyoursoul.org is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). This website provides tarot/oracle readings for purchase for entertainment purposes only.

Tarot Reading Video/Audio Recording:

All video and audio recordings are only for use as a personal record of your tarot/oracle reading. Any other use is prohibited without the written signed consent of Ask Your Soul, LLC. These recordings and affiliated copyrights are the property of Ask Your Soul, LLC.

No unlawful or prohibited use/Intellectual Property:

All content included as part of the askyoursoul.org reading or the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Ask Your Soul, LLC or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.

International Users:

The Site is controlled, operated and administered by Ask Your Soul, LLC from our offices within the USA. If you access the Site from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all United States laws. You agree that you will not use the Ask Your Soul Content accessed through askyoursoul.org in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ask Your Soul, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
